Śrutowanie stali
W procesie śrutowania oczyszczamy powierzchnie stalowe ze starych powłok lakierniczych, rdzy i przebarwień oraz przygotowujemy je do nałożenia nowych warstw antykorozyjnych, np. przy pomocy farb proszkowych.
W Centrum Usługowym Alumetal-Technik proces śrutowania prowadzimy w automatycznych śrutowniach wirnikowych Kovo Staněk, s.r.o.:
Średnie i duże detale, części maszyn i konstrukcje stalowe śrutujemy w oczyszczarce wirnikowej TZNZ 2 z ruchomym blokiem turbin.
Małe detale występujące w dużych seriach, np. elementy wycinane laserowo, śruby i nakrętki oczyszczamy w śrutownicy bębnowej TZB 1.
Elementy wielkogabarytowe poddajemy procesowi śrutowania w pneumatycznej komorze śrutowniczej o wymiarach 7000x3000x2500 mm.
Do śrutowania elementów ze stali wykorzystujemy jedynie wysokiej jakości ścierniwa wiodących producentów, między innymi śrut staliwny kulisty VERA® i śrut łamany Diamant.
Śrutowanie stali nierdzewnej i metali nieżelaznych
Proces obróbki strumieniowo-ściernej detali wykonanych ze stali kwasoodpornej i nierdzewnej oraz aluminium, metali nieżelaznych i ich stopów przeprowadzamy z wykorzystaniem ścierniw metalicznych, które nie pozostawiają podatnych na korozję zanieczyszczeń. Do oczyszczania powierzchni wykorzystujemy przede wszystkim wysokiej jakości granulat szklany i elektrokorund, w procesach wykończeniowych używamy mikrokulek szklanych.
Proces szkiełkowania przeprowadzamy w komorze piaskarskiej o wymiarach 5000x2300x2300 mm lub w specjalnie do tego przeznaczonych ciśnieniowych kabinach piaskarskich.
